Refunds and Returns
Ritello Ireland wish to ensure all of our customers are completely happy with their purchase. If a part is faulty or defective then we're really sorry. Return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you.
If you've simply had a change of heart, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won't be able to refund you.
What next?
Return your item to our post it back to us within 14 days to:

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.
If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning. We'll check your return and, if everything's OK, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days.
If you've changed your mind about a product and we've not yet despatched it, contact the Ritello Ireland Head Office immediately.
